I work as a psychotherapist with women who are thoughtful, capable, and deeply sensitive yet find themselves stuck in self‑doubt, overthinking, people‑pleasing, or second‑guessing their innate wisdom.
My work focuses on gently dismantling the beliefs and conditioning that interrupt your relationship with your intuition, so your own clarity, confidence, and inner authority can come back online.
What This Work Is Really About
Most of the women I work with don’t need more insight. They already understand why they are the way they are. What’s missing isn’t intelligence, it’s self‑trust.
Over time, often very early in life, we learn beliefs such as:
I can’t trust myself
My feelings are too much / not reliable
Other people know better
I need to get it right to be safe or loved
These beliefs aren’t flaws, they’re adaptations but they do keep us stuck.
And they can quietly run your life long after their sell-by date.
Psychotherapy, as I practice it, is about meeting these beliefs with curiosity and care, and allowing something more natural to emerge in their place.

My approach is:
Relational and attuned: the work unfolds in real time, in free-association conversation
Nervous‑system‑aware: we respect pace, safety, and the body’s intelligence
Embodied: not just talking about your life, but noticing how it lives in you
Non‑pathologising & trauma-safe: nothing about you is broken or needs fixing
Rather than trying to override thoughts or force change, we listen for what your system is already communicating beneath the noise.
As unhelpful beliefs soften, intuition isn’t something we ‘develop’, it’s something that naturally resurfaces.
